Look What I Made



Crepes. They always so seemed so intimidating. So difficult. So impossible. Last night I tackled them.......................and I did it! The first few were a little thick, but eventually I got the hang of it and ended up with 9 perfectly edible crepes. The ones I made were intended to wrap around a savory chicken/broccolli filling. I can't wait to sweeten them up and try them for breakfast next week.

Yesterday I was thinking of making crapes, because they sounded so good at the moment, until I thought of my week state (sick) rolling a cast irop pan in the air.
Making crapes use to scare me, until I realized how easy they are. :)

The chicken broccoli idea sounds really great! Yum! I just bought some chicken at Costco and I've been wanting to try some new recipes. We are in a culinary rut. I'm going to add this to my list of ideas. :-)
